Overall great

My only complain is the music list function. I have to choose the list and turn it on everytime I open the app. Other than that, great stretching app. Please update and improve the music part though.

Really helpful and well done.

Amazing!

Awesome app! Cant fault it in anyway apart from wishing it synced with MyFitnessPal. Keep up the good work!

Extremely useful

Since using this app, I havent felt the usual pings and pangs associated with working out. Love this app.

Great app

This app is easy to follow and effective. Im a 39 year old former athlete that allowed my body to suffer from years of bad habits, this program has allowed me to start becoming more healthy by making everyday stretching easy.

Great for beginners!

I hate exercise-- but know I should do some. This is quick, easy, and motivating and I feel like Ive done something nice for my body.

Great stretching program

In general, really good. Great videos and tips, good variety with the randomization. More flexible than most such programs. Room for improvement: One thing that would be really good when starting doing new exercises is if it played the how-to-do-it video while you were doing the stretch. It’s inflexible and doesn’t allow spontaneity that you have to watch the videos before you being the program.

Amazing!

Love this app! You can customize stretches from a beginner athlete to an advanced athlete. I use it before and after my workouts. Im healing faster and feeling better!

Lolo

Great work out. Thanks

Worth it

If Lolo would make all their apps accessible from one app that would make them so much more user friendly. And they should all sync with MyFitnessPal. 5 star on all I have if they would do that.

Another great LOLO App

I have been doing some vigorous exercise, which has been leaving my back stiff. Doing some stretching shortly after a workout makes my body feel good. If your wondering, these guys know their exercise science, so you will be getting a well thought out state-of-art workout when you use their apps.

Quick, Convenient, Easy

Although all the stretches are familiar to me, I like not having to think about the sequence or time. Makes it quick and easy.

My muscles love this app!

This is awesome because it keeps count so I can focus on my stretching and it has lots of different stretches targeted to the area of muscles I need.

Exactly what I need

I used to be very active, but then fell out of the routine. This app is getting me feeling better and reducing pain, headaches, etc. thank you!

Feels great!

Nice to have the thinking part done for me! Just tell me what to do and Ill do it!

Excellent App

So easy to follow and keep me on track. Big benefit for small price tag.

So good but...

This app is conceptually great. I like how it encourages stretching routines that are not just static. I also really appreciate the foam roller routine. However, there are two main things that are discouraging/frustrating to me: 1) the initial start of an exercise shows the woman rolling (on foam roller) for about a half of a second. Then she stops. It is very unclear whether or not they are showing you to continue rolling (which would really provide the best stretch/massage), or to remain stationary with the foam roller only digging into one point on your body (which could be very ideal for tension release but is only targeting one spot and doesnt feel like a stretch). Also, the angle is very limiting when it comes to assuring proper positioning/form. 2) there is a whopping 5 seconds or less to "switch sides." This means that it feels rushed to go from one side to the other and if you miss her cue, well then not only do you feel behind, but you miss part of the stretch. In my opinion, you should be able to calmly and efficiently switch sides/reposition, without feeling rushed. Im 26, in decent shape and am regularly active--its rushed. One other thing, the graphic of her demonstration makes it unclear whether her body is touching the floor in certain areas or not. Such as during the calf stretch. You can not tell whether her buttocks is resting on the floor (makes a very big difference in muscle engagement and the amount of pressure being put onto the calves if it is raised). I guess you can decide for yourself or work within your own abilities, but the psychology of being led/instructed leads to one wanting to feel, well, effectively guided. Otherwise, I will say, that after I am through with the foam roller routine, I do feel pretty awesome. This is the only routine Ive tried. I will continue to use this app, but since they prompted me for a review from within the app, I figured Id share my 2 cents.

Love app

The only thing that would make it better is more around technique but still great.

Great App

This app is fantastic. I always forget to stretch before and after workouts. I like that it keeps track of everything and I dont have to think about it.

Love lolo apps

I have 5k, Treadmill, Elliptical, and stretching apps from lolo. They are all very useful. Exceptional!
