I use a lot of Lolo apps, and theyre all great!
I recently started running, and didnt think stretching was really necessary, until I injured my ankle. Lolo to the rescue! This app have before and after stretches for running, as well as a separate leg stretching routine.
What I love about Lolo apps is that theyre completely customizable. You pick your fitness level, tell the app what equipment you have on hand. And, in this app, pick which routine you want to do. The stretches change with each workout, so you (and your muscles) dont get bored.
